How often does data fetch?
Zudello fetches records on a regular basis. Zudello fetches some records which are less frequently modified like Tax Rates, Chart of Accounts and Departments on a daily basis and more frequently created and updated records, like Vendors, Customers and Items on an hourly basis.
In the event you need to increase or decrease the frequency, Zudello enables you to configure the frequency and run time to accommodate your needs.
Can I manually fetch data?
Yes, in the event you want to fetch records before the next scheduled event, you can manually execute the corresponding fetch workflow to sync in data.
When do transactions get created?
Zudello creates the transaction immediately after the document has been marked as fully approved and released for processing. Zudello processes each document immediately once it is available for transfer rather than on a scheduled basis like the fetch workflows.
