In the event there is a document that you do not want to process, you can archive it in your Zudello account.
In the event you don't want to process a document to your financial system you can archive the document in your Zudello team.
Archiving a document will remove it from the document workflow and save it under the Archived status. When a document is archived, it will save all the details extracted from the document so they can be viewed in the future.
How to archive a document
Step 1:
Open the document you wish to archive.
Step 2:
Select the horizontal three dots next to the Save button
Step 3:
Choose Archive. The document will now change status to Archived and will be removed from the document workflow.
How to un-archive a document
In the event you wish to un-archive a document and send it back through the document workflow, Zudello makes it easy to un-archive it.
Step 1:
To begin find the archived document by setting the status filter to include the archived status.
Step 2:
Find the document you wish to un-archive.
Step 3:
Select the document by selecting the checkbox on the left of the document line. A status menu will open at the bottom of your screen.
Step 4:
Choose the Status option and select Ready. This will take the document out of Archived and enable it to restart the document workflow.
Please do not put the document directly into Approval as it could cause problems with your approval workflow. It is best practice to start the workflow from the Ready status.
