Export a Report
In the Settings menu, you can access the exports area where you'll find report templates to extract data from Zudello.
Step 1:
Click on the team's icon, at the top right of the page and next click on "Settings".
Step 2:
On the left side of the screen, look for "Exports" and click on it.
Step 3:
You should be taken to the Export's page and you should see the following templates:
You can use one of these templates or create a new report, by clicking on the Build button.
Step 4:
Choose one of the templates and click "Export". Fill up the filters and click "Apply".
Once the report is ready for download, it will show up on the Export's page like this:
Step 5:
Click on "Download" to export the report to an Excel file (.xlsx).
An email notification should be sent to the user that has requested the report.
How to Create a Customised Export in Zudello
Step 1:
In the Exports area, click the Build Button.
Step 2:
Provide a descriptive name for your report in the "Report Name" field and enter a brief description of the report in the "Description" field to explain its purpose or contents.
Step 3:
Choose the columns you want to include in your report by selecting them from the available options.
Step 4:
Apply any filters you need to refine the data in your report.
Step 5:
Set the conditions based on the criteria you want to use to filter the data.
Step 6:
Once you have configured the columns and filters, click the "Create" button to finalize and generate your customised report.
Next step is to Export your new customised report.
