In order to sync data and create transactions in Xero, we'll first need to connect Zudello to your Xero account.
Requirements
In order to give Zudello access to your Xero organisation, you will need to be a Xero admin user. During this process, you may be required to log into Xero to enable access.
How to connect Zudello to Xero
Step 1:
Begin by selecting your Team icon in the top-right hand corner.
Step 2:
Choose Settings.
Step 3:
Select Accounting and Inventory.
Step 4:
Find Xero and choose Connect.
Step 5:
Select Connection 4 in the Connection drop-down.
Step 6:
Choose Connect.
Step 7: You will then be directed to Xero. If you are not logged in, enter your Xero credentials into the Xero login screen.
Warning: If you receive an error message at this step, you will need to choose a different Connection number. in the connection field. Go back to Zudello and update the Connection field and choose Connect again.
Step 8:
Select the Xero organisation that you want to connect Zudello to.
Step 9:
Choose Allow access to connect Xero to Zudello.
Step 10:
Next, go back to Zudello. On the left side of the screen, select Global Properties.
Step 11:
Next, we'll need to refresh the RPC connection to make sure we are connected to the right organisation in Xero.
Click on "edit", to edit the Xero RPC connection in the Global Properties table.
Step 12:
Select the right Connection in the Connection field to reconnect. This is the Connection number you selected in step 5.
Step 13:
Next, refresh the RPC result by clicking on the icon next to it.
Step 14:
From the drop down, select the RPC default value and click update.
Your Zudello and Xero accounts are now connected!

How to reconnect Zudello to Xero
If your team was already connected to Xero at some point, all we have to do is reconnect.
Step 1:
Begin by selecting your Team icon in the top-right hand corner.
Step 2:
Choose Settings.
Step 3:
On the left side of the screen, select Global Properties.
Step 4:
Next, click on the edit button to edit the "Xero connection" row.
Step 5:
Click on the power plug to edit the connection details.
Step 6:
Confirm the Connection Number and click "Connect".
Step 7:
You will then be directed to Xero. If you are not logged in, enter your Xero credentials into the Xero login screen.
Warning: If you receive an error message at this step, you will need to choose a different Connection number. in the connection field. Go back to Zudello and update the Connection field and choose Connect again.
Step 8:
Select the Xero organisation that you want to connect Zudello to.
Step 9:
Choose Allow access to connect Xero to Zudello.
Step 10:
Next, we'll need to refresh the RPC connection to make sure we are connected to the right organisation in Xero.
