How to change the viewing format of your documents to suit your working style.
Zudello offers a number of document dashboard views to enable users to choose the view that most suits their working style.
A Document View is a preset display of the documents moving through your document lifecycle. By default, Zudello displays the document list view with each document visible as a list item. However there are other views you can choose based on your preference.
How to change your document dashboard view
Step 1:
Start in the module you wish to change the view for. At the top of your document list page, select the + sign.
Step 2:
Select the view you would like from the options available to update your document view.
The Views
There are three default document views; the list, board and grid views.
List View
The is default Zudello View. Documents are displayed as list items under their relevant status.
Board View
The board view represents a kanban style of working. Each document is displayed as a card under their relevant document status.
Grid View
Grid view provides an excel, spreadsheet view of your documents. Documents are listed as rows with the colour of the status to the left of the row number.
