Approvals are a key feature in Zudello, helping to manage and track the approval process.
The approval statuses are consistent across all teams, though each company’s requirements for its approval process may differ. The statuses are classified as follows:
Approval Statuses
Approved:

- Icon: Green tick next to the approver's icon.
- Description: Indicates that the document has been approved by the respective approver.
Rejected:
- Icon: Red stop sign.
- Description: Indicates that the document has been rejected by the approver.
Pending:
- Icon: Grey hyphen.
- Description: Indicates that the document is still awaiting approval.
Multi-Step Approvals
For documents with multiple approval steps:
- The document will only advance to the next approval step if the current step’s requirements have been met.
- The final approval step is the one blocking the document from further processing. If the last approval step has been completed and the document has not advanced, please reach out to support for assistance.
