What are product alternatives?
Product alternatives allow you to automatically switch a supplier's stock code on an invoice for the one you use internally.
As you change and receive invoices, Zudello learns how your codes relate to the suppliers and the next time it sees them and automatically switches them out for you.
Creating an alternative
Alternatives can be created manually or, as you update an invoice, in this case, if you change a stock code Zudello has read from the invoice you'll be prompted to confirm that you want to create an alternative for this item.
If you create an alternative when Zudello sees this code in the future it will automatically switch the codes.
When Zudello switches a code, you'll be able to tell as the line will highlight in grey and let you know the code that was switched.
