We’re constantly working to improve your Zudello experience, here’s a summary as to what’s new, improved and fixed in this release.
🚀New & Improved
New! Statements Version 2 Released
Version 2 of Statements has been released, allowing smoother extraction and reconciliation of documents that were not previously supported.
Improvement! Read-only Documents in Complete
Once a document has been completed it is now read-only and can only be reverted into an editable status by an admin user.
Improvement! Workflow start time reduced
The time to start a workflow has been reduced, prioritising those workflows triggered by a user (such as approvals).
Improvement! Allowed scanning time increased
The time a document can be processed by the pipeline has been extended to allow for more complex documents.
Improvement! Changes to Document Types are now audited
We’ve extended auditing to include document type (form) settings.
Improvement! Inactive Users
Users can now be deactivated. This allows for users who were assigned to a document, or part of an approval workflow, to still be visible. Inactive users can’t be selected when assigning.
Improvement! Locations extended
Locations now support additional information such as a code
The “Reprocess document” button has been restored
JWT tokens do not expire after 6 hours
Fix inbox coding of Subsidiary and Location
Fix PDF generation (of user created documents)

🎁 Major improvements!
Improvements in document extraction processes
We have improved our AI Training for documents. We have also enhanced our data pipeline that will validate the documents being extracted and automatically exclude ones that need your involvement or cannot be mapped by the Platform. For example, a password protected or illegible document will be rejected with a status and this will then require your review and action. This will save time and put you in control of your document pipeline, using the AI Assistant. It will also enable you to map any documents from suppliers that aren’t automatically extracted. Customers are requested to review and action these - either coding the documents, uploading new documents in a different / better format or asking the supplier to reissue future invoices in a better format or layout. New AI Assistant feature!
We are delighted to announce the upcoming release of the new AI Assistant tool for customers. This intuitive tool refines blueprints for documents in the data extraction process that the cognitive engine has not been able to finalise. This human-in-the-loop tool provides customers with complete control over their document pipelines and enables immediate action to be taken as needed.
Training documentation on this exciting new tool will be provided over the next 2 weeks.
