We’re constantly working to improve your Zudello experience, here’s a summary of what’s new, improved, and resolved in the latest releases.

🚀 New & Improved

Improvement! Unsupported Document Filter

Zudello supports a wide range of documents like Invoices, Credits, Purchase Orders, Quotes, Statements and many more. However, sometimes a Supplier may email you a document that can't be extracted as the document content is unsupported, for example, a copy of a contract or even a flow chart. To make it easier to track what happened to these documents, we have introduced a new "unsupported" status. If we detect an unsupported document, we'll automatically move it into the "unsupported" status, and you can locate these documents by selecting the "unsupported" status from the status filter bar.

Documents in this status do not count toward the team's monthly document quota. 

If the document is incorrectly categorised as unsupported, you can revert it back into User Review and use the AI Assistant to map the fields so the data can be extracted.

Improvement! Statement Lines Sorting

In our March release, we've improved our Statement matching feature. In this release, we've improved the sorting of matched Statement Lines to make it easier to review.

🛠 Resolutions

• We've resolved an issue that caused documents in rare circumstances to be imported into the wrong module (ie Sales documents would incorrectly upload into the Purchasing module)
• We've restored the Currency Conversion feature
• We've improved our Customer and Supplier matching for cases where a team has both a Customer and a Supplier record with the same details
