30th September Release Notes - See what’s new in Zudello’s latest release!
We’re constantly working to improve your Zudello experience, here’s a summary as to what’s new, improved and fixed in this release.
🚀New & Improved
Projects now support an additional field for Project Code
Improvement! Purchase Order details extended
Additional details have been added to system generated Purchase Orders. This includes your company name, tax number, phone number and address as well as the supplier name, tax number, phone number and email.
Improvement! Delivery Addresses can now be managed in settings
Delivery addresses can now be added, updated and removed through both settings (for your delivery addresses) and Customer/Supplier cards (for their respective addresses).
Improvement! Delivery Addresses fully searchable
Delivery addresses on workflows can now be searched by any part of the address, rather than just line one.
Improvement! Additional Details transfer when matching to a Purchase Order
When matching to a Purchase Order we now populate
Supplier details (Name, Tax number, Phone number and Email address)
All Dimensions (Which are synced from the integration)
Custom fields on the header or line items
Improvement! Workflows - Start Workflow block extended
The start workflow block can now pass additional parameters through to workflows when starting them.
Now we have formalised our partnership with Sage Intacct we are working on strengthening other integration partnerships and will provide updates as these develop.
Attachments from Workflows now send correctly
Improvements in document extraction processes
We are continuing work on our data pipeline that will validate the documents being scanned and automatically exclude ones that need your involvement or cannot be mapped by the Platform. For example, a password protected or illegible document will be rejected with a status and this will then require your review and action. This will save time and put you in control of your document pipeline. It will also enable you to map any documents from suppliers that aren’t automatically trained. Customers are requested to review and action these - either mapping the documents, uploading new documents in a different / better format or asking the supplier to reissue future invoices in a better format or layout. Stay tuned for further updates here.
New improved mapping tool!
We are finalising the testing of an improved mapping tool for our customers to use. This will simplify the process of mapping documents that are not able to be processed by Zudello, as well as adding any missing fields to complex documents. This will help customers manage documents that are not processed much faster and put you in control of your document pipeline. Training documentation on this exciting new tool will be provided over the next week or so.
