2nd September Release Notes - See what’s new in Zudello’s latest release!
We’re constantly working to improve your Zudello experience, here’s a summary as to what’s new, improved and fixed in this release.
🚀New & Improved
New! Advanced filters for Search sidebar
Zudello has improved the searching for documents experience with the introduction of a new Advanced Search filter side-bar to assist users in locating the document they are looking for.
New! Calculated due dates
Zudello has improved the way the Due Date populates on documents with the introduction of the Calculated Due Date setting. With this enabled, Zudello will replace the due date captured or left blank with the Due Date based on the contact’s payment terms further automating the document entry process.
New! Private inboxes
Zudello now enables you to create Private Inboxes for a single user’s use. The Private inbox only supports one user.
Improvement! Document Audit History
Zudello has improved the Audit History log by updating the date and time of audit entries to be in the local time.
Improvement! Truth tables and Data sets now support data types
We have made enhancements to our workflow technology and now support data types. This allows users to select from a list of existing resources rather than only having the free-text option. For example departments in a truth table will now provide a dropdown list of departments currently available.
New Middleware
Introducing the new Middleware client for server based integrations. Replacing the current Thinclient the new Middleware reduces the wait time for document processing and improves the stability of server-based integration. For teams using the current Thin client our implementation team will be in touch to plan a migration over the next few weeks.
New! Sage Intacct Partnership
Zudello is excited to announce that we have been approved as a Sage Intacct partner. We’re looking forward to sharing more in the coming weeks.

Improvements in document extraction processes.
We are continuing work on our data pipeline that will validate the documents being scanned and automatically exclude ones that need your involvement or cannot be mapped by the Platform. For example, a password protected or illegible document will be rejected with a status and this will then require your review and action. This will save time and put you in control of your document pipeline. It will also enable you to map any documents from suppliers that aren’t automatically trained. Customers are requested to review and action these - either mapping the documents, uploading new documents in a different / better format or asking the supplier to reissue future invoices in a better format or layout.
