We’re constantly working to improve your Zudello experience, here’s a summary as to what’s new, improved and fixed in the latest releases.
🚀 New & Improved:
Improvement! Azure SSO (Beta)
Enterprise customers can now enable Azure SSO in their environment allowing users to login via SSO. Forcing SSO is planned for a future version.
Improvement! Global Language Settings
Key words can now be changed platform-wide from the settings panel, rather than being restricted to each document type.
Improvement! AI Assistant
The AI assistant has been upgraded to allow for rapid mapping of documents including

Overlaying the name of the field a region has been mapped to

Allowing navigation between fields with arrow keys

In addition to values, labels are now mappable

Quickly identify fields that haven’t yet been mapped
Improvement! Speed
In addition to the AI assistant a key focus has been on platform speed. This includes updates to the workflow engine to improve response times, moving daily syncs to off-peak hours and a large number of platform optimisations for customers with large volumes of data.
Improvement! PO Balance Remaining
When matching to a Purchase Order on the document level, Zudello will not display the amount remaining on the PO.
Improvement! Company Settings
Company settings have been enhanced. Options are now available including team-wide notifications and settings, as well as managing default settings such as team address and contact information.
Improvement! Locations
Locations have been extended to support a “code” field., This can be edited through settings and is visible next to locations throughout Zudello.
Improvement! Project
Projects have been extended to support a “code” field. This can be edited through settings and is visible next to projects throughout Zudello and also imported via CSV.
Improvement! Complete Status
The “Complete” status has been restricted, now only administrators can revert a document once it is complete.
Improvement! Approvals
When an approval step is completed the document will return to the “Processing” status before continuing.
Improvement! Email templates
The email template builder has been extended to allow for user friendly placeholders.
🛠 Fixes:

Inactive users can now be re-activated by editing them.

Currencies now display correctly platform-wide where before a static “$” symbol was visible.

In Escalations, the situations where Escalations would cause an approval workflow to become stuck have been resolved.
🎁 Major improvements!

Improvements in document extraction processes
We have improved our AI Training for documents. We have also enhanced our data pipeline that will validate the documents being extracted and automatically exclude ones that need your involvement or cannot be mapped by the Platform. For example, a password protected or illegible document will be rejected with a status and this will then require your review and action. This will save time and put you in control of your document pipeline, using the AI Assistant. It will also enable you to map any documents from suppliers that aren’t automatically extracted. Customers are requested to review and action these - either coding the documents, uploading new documents in a different / better format or asking the supplier to reissue future invoices in a better format or layout. New AI Assistant feature! (Beta)
We are delighted to announce the release of the Beta Version of the AI Assistant tool for customers. This intuitive tool refines blueprints for documents in the data extraction process that the cognitive engine has not been able to finalise. This human-in-the-loop tool provides customers with complete control over their document pipelines and enables immediate action to be taken as needed.
