We’re constantly working to improve your Zudello experience, here’s a summary as to what’s new, improved and fixed.
🚀 New & Improved

New! Customise the order of statuses
You can now choose the order that your document statuses are listed and rendered on your purchasing and sales pages so it reflects your process.

New! Ability to make a user Inactive
We’ve added the ability to make a user in-active. An inactive user will not be able to login to Zudello or be visible in user drop down lists making it easier to manage your Zudello users.

New! Addition of a bulk actions: Reject and Unassign documents
We’ve added additional bulk document actions to Zudello. You’ll now have the option to either bulk un-assign documents or bulk reject multiple documents at once saving your team from repetitive tasks.

New! Automatically calculate line tax amount based on unit price and tax rate
Zudello can now automatically calculate the tax amount for a line based on the unit price and tax rate for document types that require a tax amount column.

New! Add a default stock code to a Document Type.
We’ve added the ability to add a default stock code to a Document type so you can further automate your line-coding.

Improved! Document Types
It is now possible to set the default document type when created manually or processed through the pipeline. They can also now be duplicated and copied between teams.

Improved! Delete Duplicate feature
If a duplicate document is imported into Zudello you can now choose which document to delete.

Improved! Copy and Paste coding from excel into the documents lines
We’ve brought back the ability to copy coding values from an excel table and paste them into Zudello’s document lines to improve the experience of coding long documents.

Improved! The Zudello - Sage Intacct integration now includes Purchase orders!
We’ve extended the functionality of our Sage Intacct integration to include fetching and creating PO’s in Sage Intacct. Now choose to either sync PO’s from Sage Intacct or use Zudello to generate PO’s. As goods and invoices arrive we’ll automatically create delivery dockets and update your PO so you can track goods invoices vs goods remaining from Sage Intacct.

Improvements in document assessment times.
We are working on a release that will validate the documents being scanned and automatically reject ones that need your involvement. For example a password protected or illegible document will be rejected with a status and this will then require your review and action. This will save time while it is currently assessed by our Human-in-the-Loop team.
